Successful retreats and travel experiences require meticulous research and planning. Each trip, retreat, group, location, and venue have their own unique set of challenges, deadlines, deliverables, and nuances. Planning, navigating, and communicating these things require a special skill set. I’ve learned this skill set comes naturally for some but not all. With this in mind, I have created a consultation service to help you plan an amazing retreat, girls/guys trip, group getaway, or any other group travel experience!
Traveling, both domestic and abroad, takes you on a journey to a place outside of your daily life. Traveling for a retreat or with a group of like-minded people can be a transformative experience! It allows you to meet people of different cultures and lifestyles within the group as well as those of your travel destination.
Travel is an educational and fun way to create meaningful memories while re-discovering parts of yourself and forming relationships along the way.
In 2021, I curated 8 girls’ trips/retreats/weekend getaways. That means I researched, planned, and successfully hosted 8 group travel events during a pandemic!
I won’t lie to you. Curating a retreat or travel experience is hard work but I’m proud to say I am quite good at it!

My consultation services are for you IF:

*You need a thought partner to help sort through the logistics and nuances of your group and trip.
*You want my travel tips and tools.
*You need an accountability partner to push you past the ideation phase.
*You are ready and willing to invest and to make the first step towards having a successful trip.
What I offer:
Once you book my services, we will schedule a time to meet virtually. You will receive a questionnaire that MUST be completed and submitted BEFORE we meet. Please be specific and thoughtful in your questionnaire responses as this will drive our meeting and allow us to be efficient as well as maximize the time.
In my BASIC Consultation Service*, we will meet virtually for 45 minutes with 1 follow-up email within 30 days of our initial call to answer any subsequent questions. During our call, we will go through your questionnaire responses, identify or select your ideal destination(s), determine your venue type, discuss inclusions and add-on options, review group dynamics, and create a planning outline specific to your trip. In addition, I will share my favorite travel planning tools AND connect you with my venue concierge partner.
