Memberships are non-refundable. Please email us with the subject heading “Cancel My Membership” to cancel your subscription.

Coaching Services:
Coaching refunds will not be granted under any circumstances.

Events, Workshops, Retreats, Trips:
Event tickets are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise.
All deposits and payments made for retreats and travel experiences are non-refundable.

Our events are curated to bring like-minded women together. SBNNL events have limited space, therefore we have a non-refundable RSVP fee to avoid no-shows, ensure intentional participation in our space, keep our spaces exclusive, encourage openness to meeting new people, and forging meaningful connections, and also cover reservation/table fees and space rental expenses, when applicable.

We believe it is important to keep this community exclusive and authentic. The internet is an amazing platform but presents many challenges. Our community is quite diverse but also rather specific. We do our best to keep members aligned with our purpose. We do not disclose our verification process and it may vary among members, but social media, photos and referrals can be part of the process. All memberships are at the discretion of the “Straight”… But Not Narrow Ladies™ founders and administrators.

“Straight”… But Not Narrow Ladies™ is not your average group! We are a community of feminine bi, bi-curious, straight/heterosexuals that “dabble”, hetero-flexibles, queer, and sexually fluid women that have a desire to connect with like-minded women in real life. Your relationship status or lack thereof does not matter here. Our communities value meaningful dialogue and organic connections. Our member's content and tools support these ideas and offers engaging and interactive ways for members to connect virtually and in real life. Our events, workshops, retreats and travel experiences promote meaningful interactions in a fun and non-judgmental way. Our members have access to the SBNNL founders and are apart of safer space communities that offer support and understanding. SBNNL provides a place to be seen, heard, understood and interact with others seeking the same.

Yes! We welcome your suggestions. Please email your event or venue suggestions to straightbutnotnarrowladies@gmail.com with the subject heading “Event/Venue Suggestion”.

Our members range from approximately 25-50 years old. Please be mindful this is an approximate range. 

The internet is an amazing tool but presents many challenges. Even the best applications on the market are experiencing issues with data security, but we do everything we can to protect your information. Our website uses SSL certification. We use Stripe for credit card processing, which has its own multi-layered security features and certifications. Similarly, our chat app uses data encryption and is GDPR compliant.

With that said, there's an inherent risk with all web and cloud-based communication, whether it's chat, text, video, messaging, etc. We use reputable applications that take data security very seriously, but we also encourage our members to exercise caution at their own discretion regardless of where they go on the world wide web.
