For many Black women, especially those 40+, the question isn’t “Am I bi?”
The question is really: Is it safe for me to say it out loud?
Or maybe you’re thinking – does it even matter because why are people in my personal business anyway??
You’ve lived a lot of life already. You’ve raised people. You’ve built careers. You’ve followed the rules. But in quiet moments—between the noise, people’s opinions and the obligations—you feel something changing… maybe even rising. A truth. A curiosity. A memory. A desire.
And then comes the doubt.
Is this a phase?
Am I just bored or lonely?
Do I need to label this at all?
Is it too late to explore something new?
Let me say this clearly: You are not confused. You are not alone. And you are not too late.
For Black women, bisexuality is rarely discussed without judgment or erasure. Either we’re hypersexualized, dismissed, or pressured to choose a side. That’s why so many of us carry our questions in silence, even into our 40s, 50s, and beyond.
But here’s the thing:
Your questions are valid. Your desire is valid. Your story is yours to own—at any age.
Whether you’ve always known you were bi, recently started questioning, or still don’t feel like any label fits – it’s all ok. You don’t have to “prove” anything. You don’t have to perform. You just get to be—curious, complicated, and completely yourself.
If you’ve been asking yourself, “Am I bi… or something else?”
I created a simple, powerful workbook to help you start unpacking that question in your own words, at your own pace.
It’s not about putting yourself in a box.
It’s about getting honest—with yourself—for maybe the first time in a long time.

You deserve a space that centers your experience as a bisexual—or questioning—Black woman in midlife. This workbook is a starting place. A mirror. A map.
My work is rooted in truth-telling, tenderness, and transformation. I coach and create spaces for bisexual Black women who are ready to stop hiding, start healing, and finally live out loud.
If that sounds like what you’ve been searching for, I invite you to explore:
Because you don’t have to figure it all out today. But you can take the next right step.
And maybe that step starts with saying:
“I think I might be bi. And I want to know more.”
I’ve got you.
